Yes, students are given a variety of flexible clothing options within the uniform. Parents are given dress requirements upon enrollment.
Preschool hours are from 8:30am – 11:00am (M, W, F).
Kindergarten hours are from 8:30am – 3:30pm. Parents have the options to enroll their students in our three day program (M, W, F) or our five day program (M-F).
1st-12th grade hours are from 8:30am – 3:30pm.
The school year starts after Labor Day and ends the last week in May. Breaks are given for Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, and other holidays.
Classes are small with low average teacher to student ration of 1:6. This ensures that students get the personalized, one-on-one attention they need to succeed.
All students receive high quality academic instruction in the core subjects of reading, writing, math, science, and history. Additional courses in subjects including art, Spanish, music, health, and physical education enrich the curriculum.
Students attend weekly chapel and have daily Bible instruction. We focus on teaching age-appropriate lessons from both the Old and New Testament that encourage character development.
Teachers encourage parents to take an active role in their student's education and to maintain regular communication with the teachers to ensure success for their child. Teachers at Glory Academy believe in working together with parents to help students succeed. Field trips, classroom activities, and other special events throughout the year give parents extra opportunities to be involved.
No, Glory Academy does not offer scholarships at this time. We have several donors that enable us to keep tuition prices affordable for everyone, rather than offering individual scholarships to some students.
